DetroitYes Forum Redesign

Assembly Line Technologies developed a custom vBulletin skin for the Detroit Yes forum in 2011 to better match the brand identity of the website. We opted for a minimally invasive approach, leaving as much of the core vBulletin template markup intact such that future vBulletin software updates were less likely to break the custom theme. The brand aesthetic was attained largely on behalf of drop in stylesheets and scripts which leveraged the existing on page infrastructure rather than altering foundational features which are frequently reverted when updating the software.
